Shipment Processing Time

Our goal is to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we will typically ship it within 2-3 business days. You can expect your items to arrive within 7-12 business days from the order date. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In cases of high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery. If there are any significant delays with your shipment, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur, and we appreciate your understanding.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). This will allow you to track your package's journey until it reaches your doorstep.

Damages

FetchFrenzyCo is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
